Booking Fee:

At Lumiarie, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' scheduling preferences. To ensure a smooth booking process and minimize appointment rescheduling, we have implemented the following policy:

A non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the total fee for services is required at the time of scheduling your teeth whitening appointment. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment and guarantees your appointment slot.

Appointment Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the need to reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes. This will allow us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Rescheduling Frequency:

To ensure fairness to all our clients and prevent excessive rescheduling, we request that you limit appointment rescheduling to a maximum of two times. After two rescheduled appointments, we reserve the right to forfeit your booking fee and require a new booking with an additional fee.

Late Arrival and No-shows:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for any necessary paperwork or preparations. In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. In the case of a no-show (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice), your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new appointment will require an additional fee.

Cancellations:

While we understand that cancellations may sometimes be unavoidable, we request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If you cancel your appointment within this time frame, your booking fee will be forfeited. In the event that you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., sudden illness or emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible accommodations.

Refunds and Exemptions:

The booking fee is non-refundable except in specific cases where Lumiarie Teeth Whitening cancels or reschedules an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will refund the booking fee in full or offer an alternative appointment at no additional charge. By booking an appointment with Lumiarie Teeth Whitening, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
